摘要
指出了安全系数在实际使用中存在的一些问题，并提出了相应的处理对策，简单介绍了其他一些国家对安全系数存在问题的处理。
Some existing problems of safety factor during practiceare pointed out. The relative handling mesures are put forward. Thehandling measures of existing problem on safety factor in some othercountry are recommended briefly.
