摘要
介绍了国产刚玉砖在合成氨装置二段转化炉上的应用情况，以及一起因大量水蒸汽泄入炉内，造成炉衬被水浸泡事故的处理措施；提供了刚玉砖等被水长时间浸泡后性能变化的检测结果，并对目前存在问题和今后工作提出了建议。
The applied conditions of domestic corundumite brick onsecond conversive heater in sythtic ammonia unit, and the handlingmeasures of trouble of heater lining immersed by water caused by anaccident of a hot steam discharged into heater,are recommended. Thetesting results of changed performance of corundumite brick after immersed for a long time are put forward. The suggestions of existingproblem at present and the work from now on are put forward.
