摘要
目的:用薄层层析-分光光度法测定通络解毒搽剂中原料药材黄连的盐酸小檗碱含量。方法:用硅胶G薄层板点样,以正丁醇-冰乙酸-水(14∶2∶4)展开,于365nm波长定位分离,测定波长为344nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱在1.02 ̄5.10μg/ml范围内浓度C与吸光度A呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),加样回收率为(98.78±2.64)%,RSD为2.67%。结论:本法操作简便,结果可靠,可作为通络解毒搽剂的质量控制方法。
Objective: A determination of amount of berberine hydrochloride in Rhizoma Coptidis and Tonghto Jiedu liniment with Thin Layer Cheetrophotometry-Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry was established. Methods: The thin layer plate was Silica Gel-3% CMC-Na (0.4 mm), The developer was Butanol Acetic Acid-Water(14:2:4), The characteristic spot was distinguished and separated at 365 nm. UV deteetion wavelength was 344 nm. Results: The correlation of the linear range of berbenne hydroehloride was good in 1.02 - 5.10 μg/ml (r = 0.9999), The average recovery was (98.78±2.64)% (RSD = 2.67%). Conclusions: The method is simple, highly sensitive and reproducible. It may be used for the quantitative determination of the liniment.
