新鱼腥草注射液治疗婴幼儿腹泻的临床观察

Clinical observation of sodium new houttuyfonate injection on infantile diarrhea

目的:观察新鱼腥草注射液治疗婴幼儿腹泻的疗效。方法:将120例婴幼儿腹泻随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组给予新鱼腥草注射液,对照组予利巴韦林,两组均予补液、调整饮食等综合治疗。结果:治疗后72h日大便次数、腹泻控制时间、腹泻总病程观察组较对照组明显缩短(u=3.91￣12.02,P<0.01),总有效率观察组高于对照组(χ2=14.58,P<0.01)。结论:新鱼腥草注射液治疗婴幼儿腹泻可较快缓解病情,缩短病程。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of sodium new houttuyfonate injection on infantile diarrhea, Methods： 120 infants with diarrhea were divided into 2 groups randomly and each group had 60 cases. Sodium new houttuyfonate injection was administered in treatment group while ribavirin in control group. Results： The times, the control time as well as the whole course of diarrhea in treatment group were significantly different with control group after 72 hours, The whole effective rate in treatment group was much higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： Sodium new houttuyfonate injection can release the diarrhea rapidly and shorten the whole course.
