摘要
对多排密集翅片管换热管束制造过程中普遍存在的翅片管与管箱的焊接变形问题进行了分析，编制了适用于这一类型焊接变形问题分析的计算程序，提出了焊接变形控制措施，并成功地应用于生产实际过程中。
The general existing problems of welding deformationbetween channel and fin tube during manufacture of multi-rows. concentrated fin-tube bundle are analized. The analytical calculating programs for use in this catigoly of welding deformation problems areworked out. The controlled measures of welding deformation are putforward and are employed successfully in productive practice.
