我国对出口货物退（免）税实行备案制度

China Will Carry Out Registration and Recording System of Tax Reimbursement and Tax Exemption on Exported Goods

据悉，国家税务总局为规范外贸出口经营秩序，加强出口货物退（免）税管理，防范骗取出口退税违法活动，国家税务总局日前决定对出口企业出口货物退（免）税有关单证实行备案管理制度。

According to relevant sources, the State Tax Bureau of the People＇s Republic of China will introduce the registration and recording system into tax reimbursement and tax exemption on exported goods, aiming to regulate foreign trade environment, strengthen management upon tax reimbursement and tax exemption on exported goods, thus to prevent illegal tax reimbursement on exported goods.
