摘要
知识弱势群体是指在知识获取与利用方面存在严重障碍的社会弱势群体。文章在分析知识弱势群体的含义与产生原因基础上,就图书馆为何和如何进行知识援助进行了深入思考。
The knowledge disadvantaged is one part of the society advantaged with serious obstacle in knowledge obtaining and using,The article analyses the meaning and reason of the knowledge advantaged, at last discusses why and how library to proceed the knowledge helps.
