摘要本文解析了国际组织、图书馆立法工作、图书馆行业协会、各种图书馆职业道德规范对信息普遍存取原则的理解,认为提供信息普遍存取服务是图书馆界不懈追求的目标。 The article explains on the principle of universal access to information. The principle in the documents from international organizations, library legislation, library associations and code of ethics for librarians is expressed. To provide universal access to information is library＇s social responsibility. We should do a lot to realize this goal.
