摘要
当测定光伏电池的输出特性时,存在着光谱失配误差。通过光谱失配误差的修正,可将电池的I-V输出特性修正到标准光谱条件。同时,光谱失配误差的计算也适用于评估光伏组件在标准测试条件下的电学特性。本文着重介绍了光谱失配误差的产生原因、影响因素及其计算方法,并阐述了电池的I-V特性测试值的光谱失配误差修正方法。
When a photovoltaic cell is tested with respect to reference spectrum, there is a spectral mismatch error. I-V curve of cells and modules can be corrected with mismatch error to standard test condition. The work documented here explains the error source of spectral mismatch and analyzes the error computation. And proposes a error correction method for I-V curve of PV cells
