摘要
针对GB/T17657—1999《人造板及饰面人造板理化性能试验方法》标准中,在厚度小于10mm的中密度纤维板进行表面结合强度测定时,易产生测定指标偏低的情况,通过试验分析,并参考EN311—2002标准,建议采用新的试验方式,以提高中密度纤维板厚度偏薄产品在检测表面结合强度过程中的数据准确性。
When the surface soundness of MDF with thickness less than 10mm is tested as per GB/T 17657-1999 Test methods of evaluating the properties of wood-based panels and surface decorated wood-based panels, the results are generally lower than normal figures. Through the analysis of the results of an experiment and referring to the standard EN 311 2002, some new test methods are suggested in order to increase the accuracy of test results during testing the surface soundness of thin MDF.
