摘要
研究了在用DBC,MSO及DBC-MSO作萃取剂的碱性氰化液中萃取Au(Ⅰ)的性能。考察了萃取剂和助萃剂的浓度、相比、萃取时间等因素对Au(Ⅰ)萃取率的影响以及Na2S2O3反萃金的性能。实验表明,在采用某种助萃剂X助的作用下,DBC-MSO体系从碱性氰化液中萃取金的协萃效应较高。在整个组成范围内,协萃系数R均大于1。助萃剂X助对DBC-MSO体系萃金的影响较大,但X助本身不萃金。DBC-MSO体系能快速萃取金,在1min内已基本达到萃取平衡。DBC-MSO协萃体系有望能成为碱性氰化液中萃取金的一项新技术。
The performances of extracting gold from alkaline cyanide solution with the extracting reagent of DBC, MSO and DBC-MSO are studied.The effects of some factors on the performances of extracting gold (Ⅰ),including concentration of extracting,and assisting reagent Xhelp,time and phase ratio(O/A), are investigated. The performances of stripping gold(I)from oil phase is also investigated with sodium thiosulfate.The results show that by act of assisting reagent Xhelp,the synergic effect of extracting gold with DBC-MSO from alkaline cyanide solution is efficient.In so far as full range of component of DBC-MSO, synergic coefficient R was beyond 1.The assisting reagent Xhelp can affect extraction remarkably, while it can't extract gold. The synergic system extracts gold quickly, and in one minutes the extracting equilibrium can be built.The synergic system of DBC and MSO will likely be a new technology in extracting gold from alkaline cyanide solution.
