摘要 细胞色素氧化酶P4502C19(CYP2C19)又称S-美芬妥英羟化酶,其活性在人群分布中呈明显的遗传多态性。全文就近几年P4502C19的检测方法,基因多态性分子机制,基因多态性与药物和肿瘤易患性的关系等研究进展作一综述。
