摘要
目的对广东紫珠进行主要药效学试验。方法对广东紫珠提取物分别进行抑菌、对毛细血管通透性影响、对小鼠断尾出血时间及凝血时间影响的试验。结果广东紫珠提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒沙门氏菌在体外有较强的抑菌作用,对实验性炎症早期的渗出有明显的抑制炎症反应,可明显缩短出血和凝血时间,止血效果显著。结论为临床治疗由金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒沙门氏菌引起的上呼吸道感染等症提供了实验依据。
【Objective】 To study the vital pharmacodynamical studies of Callicarpa kwungtungensis Chun. 【Methods】 The vital pharmacodynamieal research and the tests on Staphylococcus aureus, Sahnonella typhi, and Strep. Pneumoniae of Callicarpa kungtungensis Chun extracts were elementally launched. 【Results】 Callicarpa kungtungensis Chun extract shows the ideal inhibition in vitro of these bacteria. Meantime, it can distinedy shorten the bleeding and coagulation time of the mice and has the outstanding resistance for the early exudation of the tested drag on the stong bacteiostasis, hemostasis and the improvement of the early exudation of the experimental phlegmasia. 【Conclusion】 The vital pharmaeodynamieal studies of Callicarpa kwungtungensis Chun shows the important basis for clinical medieine.
