大一学生B群人格障碍者的防御方式特点

Defense Style of Undergraduates with Cluster B Personality Disorders

目的:探讨B群人格障碍大一学生的防御方式特点。方法:用PDQ+4问卷和PDI-Ⅳ晤谈手册从2826名一年级大学生中筛选出B群人格障碍阳性者26例,采用防御方式问卷,对26例B群人格障碍大学生以及63名正常一年级大学生进行测试,对其结果做对照分析。结果:①2826名大学生中表演型、自恋型、边缘型和反社会型人格障碍的PDI晤谈阳性率分别为0·25%、0·50%、0·39%和0·11%。②B群人格障碍组的不成熟型防御机制以及理想化、伴无能之全能和隔离的得分明显高于对照组(t=3·18-7·03)(P<0·01)。结论:①B群人格障碍在大学生中有不同程度的阳性率。②B群人格障碍组的大学生较多的采用不成熟型和一些中间型的防御机制。

Objective： To study the defense style of undergraduates with cluster B personality disorders. Methods： 26 undergraduates with cluster B personality disorders were diagnosed by PDQ ,4 and PDI from 2826 undergraduates, then they and 63 normal undergraduates were assessed with DSQ （ defensive style questionnaire） . Results： ① The incidence of histrionic, narcissistic, borderline and antisocial personality disorders were 0.25%, 0. 50%, 0. 39% and 0. 11% . ②The undergraduates with B cluster personality disorder had higher scores in immature defenses and idealization, omnipotenic-devaluation and isolation than normal control （ t = 3.18 - 7.03 ） （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Concluslon： ① There axe some undergraduates with personality disorders. ②The undergraduates with personality disorder use specific defenses.
