摘要
本文利用透射电镜(TEM)观察并分析了Cu-8.7Al-7.5Mn-4.5Zn 合金马氏体相变后的组织与结构,结果发现:深冷后试验合金将发生马氏体相变,生成18R 结构的β′_1。相;多变体马氏体呈自协怍组态,变体间界面为孪晶;β′_1相的亚结构为层错,它是经 Shockley 不全位错在母相中扩展后形成的。
The characters of martensite transformation in Cu-8.7Al-7. S Mn-.5Zn alloy are studied by TEM, the results show that the martensite transformation occurs after quenching in the liquid nitrogen, then β'1 phase with 18R structure is found in Cu-8.7Al-7.5 Mn- 4.5Zn alloy, different martensite variants existe in selfaccommodate configuration and twin interface, the substructure ofβ'1 phase is stacking-fault formed after Shockly dislocation expansion.
