摘要
在锡磷青铜 QSn6.5-0.1带坯的水平连铸过程中施加交流电磁场可以改善铸坯的质量。未施加电磁场时,铸坯的晶粒较粗大,在670℃下需要7h 以上的退火时间;施加电磁场后,铸坯的晶粒较细小,经5h 退火即可获得很细小的晶粒组织,而且铸坯的抗拉强度降低、伸长率增加,有利于塑性加工,可减少带材表面裂纹的产生,并可望使铸造温度降低10~20℃。
The quality of casting strip can be improved by applying an electromagnetic field during horizontal continuous casting of QSn6.5-0.1 strip. Without electromagnetic field the solidification structure of the stdp are coarse-grained, so annealing have to be done at 670℃ for more than 7 hours. When applying the electromagnetic field, the solidification structure are refined and the time of annealing at 670℃ can be decreases to 5 hours, moreover, the elongation of the strip increases to some extent and the casting temperature can be reduced by 10-20℃.
