摘要
本文以600kg工频有芯感应电炉为例,论述炉体主要金属构件的质量、筑炉、烘炉、熔化、停炉、工人技术水平等对炉子使用寿命的影响.提出了提高炉子使用寿命的具体方法和措施。实践证明,采用这些方法和措施后,电炉的平均使用寿命从不足2个月增加到10个月。
Taking a 600 kg line-frequency cored induction fumace for example, the paper expounds the influences of various factors such as the qualities of main metal parts of the furnace body, fumace building process, fumace baking process, melting process and furnace shutdown process on the service life of line-frequency cored induction furnace, and puts forward a whole set of methods and measures for prolonging the service life of the furnace. The production practice has proved that after adopting these methods and measures the average service life of the furnace is prolonged from less than 2 months to 10 months.
