摘要
以活性粉末混凝土的基本配制原理为基础,掺入矿渣作为新的活性组份,配制出新型的具有超高性能的水泥基材料.抗氯离子渗透实验显示,该混凝土材料的结构非常致密,抗氯离子渗透性能远远大于其他品种的水泥基材料.硅粉对材料的抗氯离子渗透性能起主要的促进作用.掺入钢纤维和使用标准砂都有助于提高材料的抗渗性.通过X射线衍射、压汞实验以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等微观结构分析和研究,证实了以上观点.
Based on the fundamental principle of mixture, new materiats were made available by adding blast slag in reactive powder concrete (RPC) as a new active powder component. As illustrated from the experiments of chloride ion diffusivity, the structure of RPC materials is very compact. Its properties of anti-chloride ion diffusivity are more powerful than that of other cement-based materials. Silica fume plays a major role in the properties. Steel fiber and ISO standard sands can also decrease the permeability of RPCs. On the other hand, the researches on microstructure of RPCs have verified the above excellent properties.
