摘要
论述了聚酰胺6聚合工艺的发展过程,对聚酰胺6过去和现在的聚合工艺在节能降耗等设计方面作了比较,从切粒萃取系统、干燥系统、蒸发蒸馏、浓缩液直接聚合等设计方面提出了一种新概念,并对未来聚酰胺6的聚合工艺进行了展望。
The development history of polymerization technologies for polyamide 6 was reviewed. The technological designs in energy saving and consumption reduction were compared between the conventional and modem technologies. A new concept of polymerization technology was proposed based on the technological design of granulating and extraction system, drying system, evaporation and distillation system and direct polymerization from condensed liquid. The trend of polymerization technology for polyamide 6 was prospected.
