摘要
以西凤酒为代表的凤香型白酒自从1992年确立凤型以来,凤型白酒企业在保持其传统风格的基础上,不断进行技术创新,提升产品品质;以市场为导向,及时转变观念,适时调整产品结构,通过不断摸索和努力,终于走出了一条依靠技术进步、提升产品品质、通过品牌延伸走多香型发展之路的新路子,从而使凤型白酒企业走上了健康发展之路。
Xifeng-flavor liquor was eventually formed in 1992 with Xifeng liquor as the typical representative. From then on, Xifeng-flavor liquor enterprises had marched into a health development road through technical innovation (based on maintenance of traditional liquor styles) and the changes of staffs' viewpoint (market-oriented development viewpoint) and the readjustment of the product structure (brand extension to multiple-flavors liquor development).
