基于Web的采购招标系统的分析与设计

ANALYSIS & DESIGN OF WEB-BASED PROCUREMENT TENDERING SYSTEM

基于W eb的采购招标是采购招标模式发展的必然趋势。本文通过与传统采购招标的对比,分析了基于W eb采购招标的优势。在此基础上,结合采购招标的实际流程,采用面向对象UML建模的系统分析方法,构建基于W eb采购招标系统的模型视图。最后,对基于W eb采购招标系统的数据安全进行设计,并从用户权限的角度给出用户组与系统功能的关系图。

Web-based procurement tendering is the trend of procurement tendering development. The paper compares Web-based procurement tendering with traditional procurement tendering and analyzes the advantages of Web-based procurement tendering. On the basis of that and according to practical process of procurement tendering, the paper sets up several views and diagrams by using UML which is an OOA method. Finally, the paper designs system safety scheme for WPTS and brings forward the groups/functions relation table from the point of user authority.
