通过武警上海总队快速反应系统的开发,对智能推理和信息管理系统进行了比较和分析,根据武警上海总队快速反应系统具有处突、战备和快速反应等特点,提出了利用JSP+Struts+JavaBean技术,结合MVC设计模式,在W eb logic服务器下实现,使整个系统具有更强的可靠性和安全性。

During the development of the rapid response system for the atoned Police,Shanghai Branch, analyzing capability requirement of the intelligent inference and information management systems, the paper presents that the technique of JSP ＋ Struts ＋ JavaBean combined with MVC design mode which may be used to make the response system available to the special treatment, military preparation and rapid response. The idea has been realized under Weblogic server and the system has been led to a more reliable and secure system.
