本文建立了宏观经济中的投资－生产－再投资过程的发展模型，得到了资本按使用期分布的变化方程．本文研究了该方程的解的存在唯一性，并得到解的解析表达式．在义章的最后。
This paper sets up a control model of investment. It provesthat the equation of this model has unique solution ill C'(Q). It also givesthe sllfficient condition to make the system be stable.
