摘要
在内径25mm的填料塔内,采用平均粒径4μm的201×7型强碱性阴离子交换树脂为催化剂,以甲醇和碳酸丙烯酯为原料,对浆料催化精馏酯交换合成碳酸二甲酯新工艺进行了研究。考察了回流比、催化剂含量、进料醇酯比及进料总流量对该工艺的影响。实验结果表明,将浆料催化精馏用于酯交换合成碳酸二甲酯是可行的,在适宜的操作条件下(回流比4、催化剂与碳酸丙烯酯的质量比为0.03、甲醇与碳酸丙烯酯的摩尔比为8.5、进料总流量为3.0m ol/h),碳酸丙烯酯的转化率可达95%以上。
Synthesis of methyl-carbonate from methanol and propylene carbonate by slurry catalyzed distillation in a packed column with inner diameter 25 mm was investigated. The process avoided difficulties of conventional catalyzed distillation in loading and discharging of catalyst. The slurry in catalyzed distillation column was a mixture of catalyst and reactants. The catalyst was strong basic anion exchange resin with average diameter 4 μm. Effects of reflux ratio, catalyst dosage, mole ratio of reactants and total feed flow on conversion were experimentally determined. Slurry catalyzed distillation process was proved to be promising for synthesis of methyl-carbonate. Under optimal experimental conditions:reflux ratio 4, m ( catalyst ) : m ( propylene carbonate) = 0. 03, n ( methanol ) : n(propylene carbonate) = 8.5, and total feed flow 3.0 mol/h, propylene carbonate conversion could reach 95 %.
