摘要
以空气-水为物系,采用热水示踪技术和计算机温度测量系统测试了设置有导流板的D J型塔板上的液体等停留时间分布,研究了导流板对液体流动的作用。讨论了喷淋密度、气相动能因子和导流板方位等因素对液体等停留时间分布的影响。实验结果表明,喷淋密度增加,液体停留时间由5.0s降为4.5s;气相动能因子增大,液体停留时间由5.5s降为4.5s;喷淋密度和气相动能因子同时增加,液体停留时间由6.0s降为4.5s,液体等停留时间分布曲线趋于与出口堰平行。导流板对液体流动有导向作用,可改善液体的流动状态,导流板的较佳方位是d-0(+)。
Liquid equal residence time distributions on DJ type tray with guide plate were measured in air-water system by using hot-water tracer technique and computerized multipass thermometer. Effect of guide plate on liquid flow was studied. Characteristics of liquid flow distributions were investigated by measuring effects of spray density (P), gas phase loading factor (F)and azimuth of guide plate on liquid equal residence time distributions. Liquid residence time reduced from 5.0 s to 4.5 s with the increase of P. Liquid residence time reduced from 5.5 s to 4.5 s with the increase of F. When P and F all increased,liquid residence time reduced from 6.0 s to 4. 5 s and equal residence time distribution curves were parallel to exit weir. Guide plate had a guiding effect for liquid flow and it would improve liquid flow distribution. Optimal azimuth of guide plate was located at d-0( + )on the tray.
