This paper first expounds on the necessity and feasibility of library outsourcing of acquisition and cataloguing, then it points out three key links in the work, that is, laying out the bidding process, making every item perspicuity and designing the scheme after knowing the marketing well. Finally, the author suggests that the library should hold principles and criteria, work out different criteria according to different dealers, and use some skills to cope with dealers in harmony.
