Tactics for Collaborative Digital Reference Service in China Based on QuestionPoint

摘要介绍QnestionPoint系统的发展过程、基本服务、运作流程、成员机制及其他运作模式;结合具体实例阐述我国现有联合数字参考服务的发展现状和特点,并通过与QuestionPoint系统的对比,指出我国当今联合数字参考服务的不足;从发展模式和具体建设两个方面提出进一步完善我国联合数字参考服务的对策。 This paper introduces the development, functions, procedures, member systems and other patterns of the QuestionPoint systemes ; Then it analyzes the present characteristics of the collaborative digital reference service in China. On the basis of a comparison, the paper puts forward some proposals for the development of the collaborative digital reference service in China.
