摘要
2005年9月发生的“春晓油田”事件中,日本媒体歪曲报道和日本政府不负责任的言行单方面使中日东海资源争议升级。从“春晓油田”事件入手,分析此次事件的真相和实质,并以此为基础对中日两国关于东海大陆架划界问题进行国际法分析。
In the incident of the Chunxiao oil field that happened in September of 2005, it upgraded unilaterally the dispute between China and Japan on the resources of East China Sea that the improper in conduct of the media and the government of Japan. This article revealed the truth and essence of the incident and then analyzed the delimitation dispute of the continental shelf of East China Sea between China and Japan from the angle of the international law.
