摘要 回顾我国法学教学的发展规律历程,比较分析大陆法系与英美法系的法学教学方法的不同,说明一个国家的法学教学方法应与该国的政治、经济、文化和社会制度相适应。由此分析我国法学教育中传统的理论教学方法继受大陆法系国家的法学教学方法的同时,已经开始吸收一些英美法系国家的法学教学方法,并说明讲授教学法仍然有其合理性。 By reviewing the developing regularity and process of law teaching in our country, comparing and analyzing the teaching differences between the law system of our country and that of Britain and America, this paper aims to illustrate the fact that a country's law teaching should be in accordance with its political, economic, cultural and social systems, as well as the fact that the law teaching of our country has both adhered to the traditional methods in the Mainland Law System and absorbed some ways in the British and American Law System, which shows the reasonable necessity of discussing the teaching methods of law.
