摘要 以紫荆(CERCIS CHINENSISBUNGE)幼苗为材料,研究NACL胁迫对其膜脂过氧化和保护酶活性的影响。结果表明:随着盐分处理浓度的升高,丙二醛(MDA)含量、膜透性呈上升趋势,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性先上升后下降;在相同的盐分浓度下,随着处理时间的延长,膜透性MDA含量呈上升趋势,SOD、POD和CAT活性变化没有规律。 Lipid peroxidation and activity of cell defense enzymes in the leaves of Cercis chinensis seedlings were studied under salt stress. The results showed that at the increase of salt contents in treatments, the content of MDA and electrolyte leakage showed an increasing trend; the activities of SOD, POD, CAT increased at first and then decreased later; at the prolonging of treatment, electrolyte leakage and the content of MDA showed an increasing trend; however the changes of activities of SOD, POD and CAT were irregular.
