酸枣种质资源果实主要数量性状变异及概率分级

Variation and probability grading of main quantitative characters of wild jujube germplasm resource

对149种酸枣种质果实主要数量性状研究结果表明：果实性状的变异较为丰富，变异系数为6．94％～56．18％，其中以双仁率、单果重、可滴定酸含量变异系数幅度最大，变异系数分别为56．18％、55．82％和55．49％。K—S检验结果表明，酸枣果实各主要数量性状符台正念性分布，据此对9个主要性状进行了概率分级，并筛选出性状优异的种质。

Studiy were conducted in terms of the main quantititive characters of fruits of 149 wild jujube accessions. Great variation were showed between these characters with the variation coefficient of 6.94 % - 56.18 %. Double kernel percentage, average fruit weight and content of titratable acids showed biggest variation with the variation coefficient of 56.18 % ,55.82 % and 55.49 % respectively. The main quantititive characters of wild jujube accorded with normal distribution by the K-S Test analysis and, nine main characters were graded by probability based on the distribution. Several high quality accessions were also selected.
