Thoughts on the Adherence to the Principle of People-oriented Law Enforcement by Public Security Organs

公安机关坚持执法为民的思想由来已久,然而在执法为民贯彻落实过程中还有一些问题有待解决,主要是执法为民思想进一步深化落实中的问题、公安执法方式手段变革与创新中的问题、完善公安执法权力运行制约机制中的问题。

It has long been the idea of public security organs to adhere to the concept of people-oriented law enforcement, yet, in real practice, there are some problems for us to solve. These problems are mainly concerned with the further fulfillment of the concept, the innovation of the way of law enforcement, and the perfection of the restriction mechanism for law enforcement authority in public security organs.
