河北坝上农牧交错带生态建设的现状及发展对策——以河北坝上地区张北县为例

Current Situation and Developing Countermeasures of Ecological Construction of Agriculture and Husbandry in Hebei Bashang

生态建设是经济发展的根本和切入点。河北坝上农牧交错带生态环境恶劣,严重制约坝上地区经济的发展。因此,加强该地区生态建设,对于实现区域经济可持续发展尤为重要。笔者以张北县为例,介绍了该县生态建设的成效及问题,并从推进无公害蔬菜产业化经营、拓宽融资渠道等方面提出了加快张北县生态建设发展的有关对策。

Ecological construction was the fundament of economic development. The bad ecological envimnment restricted the development of the regional economy of agricultural and husbandry in Bashang District of Hebei. So it was very important to strengthen the ecological construction in this area for the sustainable development of regional economy. In this text the effects and problems of ecological construction in Zhangbei county were introduced and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed.
