摘要
运用因子分析法,选取影响城市用地的12个指标数据,分别对1990年和2001年两个时期的特大城市用地进行分析,将12个指标归纳为几个主要影响因子。通过前后对比得出结论:1990年我国特大城市用地影响因子是:经济因子、城市规模因子、服务因子、基础资料因子;2001年的是:经济、环境因子、城市规模和生活水平因子、基础资料因子。最后根据影响因子的变化情况,提出应该要科学、合理使用城市用地,使特大城市用地能够满足经济、社会、环境协调发展的要求,发挥其对我国城市发展的带动作用。
In this article, the factor analysis method was used to evaluate the metropolitan land of 1990 and 2001 respectively with 12 indexes of urban land. And the several dominating influencing factors were summarized. The conclusion was the influencing factors of metropolitan land in China in 1990 were economic factor, city scale factor, serving factor and foundation material factor. And the economic and environment factor, city scale and life level factor, foundation material factor were the influencing factors in 2001. At last, according to the changed circumstance of influencing factors, the countermeasure and suggestion were proposed for the scientific and proper use of urban land.
