浅析不对称信息下的农村医疗体制

Analysis of the Rural Medical Reform with Information Asymmetry

根据农村的具体状况,从信息的角度,分析了医院在诊断和开药的过程中的决策行为,并利用博弈矩阵,根据有无信息披露机制对医院在两种情况下的行为进行了分析对比。并指出了如果不能增进信息的披露,就无法从根本上解决目前医院普遍存在的就诊复杂、开药混乱的局面;只有竞争才能促使医院提高服务质量。

Based on rural special characteristics, in this paper the hospital behavior in diagnose and prescription was analyzed. With game matrix, we compared the two sceneries with or without information disclose. Through the study, we can conclude the present situation would not change without more information disclosed. And only the competition can improve the service quality. At last, we also put forward the suggestion for problem solution.
