摘要
本文利用系统理论和经济学原理对农业生态系统与环境的现状进行了初步考察，探讨了如何利用市场经济机制来促进生态农业的发展。
The paper has observed and studied the present situations of agricultural ecoiologic systems and environment by using theories of system and principles of economics. It has discussed how to utilize the market economic mechanism to promote the development of ecologic agriculture, and better the ecologic environment protection, etc.
