基于以太网DNC系统的研究

Research on the DNC System Based on Ethernet

针对当前制造企业信息化改造,介绍了分布式数控(DNC)系统的定义和功能,提出了基于以太网DNC系统的不同网络构架。在分析了RS232和网络这2种不同通讯接口的基础上,归纳了2种通讯接口在DNC系统中不同之处。针对新兴的以太网式DNC系统,重点研究了数据采集、远程监控和远程诊断等功能。

According to the current information reconstruction of the manufacturing , the definition and func tion of the distributed numerical control system were introduced, and the different network frames of the DNC system based on Ethernet were presented. The differences of the two kinds of communication interfaces were concluded based on analyzing two communication interfaces, namely RS232 and network in DNC system. The function of data collection, remote supervision and remote diagnosis were mainly studied in light of the updating Ethernet pattern DNC system.
