Construction of an Open CAPP Service System

针对国内外CAPP的研发和应用过程中存在的问题,提出了将CAPP进行产业化和IT化整合的新理念,即通过产业化以规范CAPP的研究、开发及应用;通过IT化使CAPP的研究成果及CAPP产品快速而有效地为整个社会机械制造业提供服务;通过建立一个具有开放性的CAPP服务体系,优化社会资源,激励产品研发,从而使这个系统本身不断趋于完善和壮大,形成设计与应用的良性循环,促进社会生产的快速发展。

The text tries to point out the problems found in the CAPP application and its research and give a new idea of combining the CAPP industrialization with information technology, that is, to standardizes the re search, development and application of CAPP through its industrialization~ to efficiently serve all social manu- facture with its research achievements through information technology, and then to optimize social resources and stimulate the interest in its development though establishing an open service system of CAPP so as to make the system more perfect and efficient and create a smooth cycle from its design to production in order to promote the rapid development of social production.
