介绍了一种新型的锌钙锰三元阳离子体系磷化液,讨论了不同的磷化时间、磷化温度与磷化膜耐蚀性的关系以及后处理对磷化膜耐蚀性的影响。
The paper introduces a new type of Zn^2+ Ca^2+ Mn^2+ three positive ion phosphating solution, and discusses the relation among the different phosphating time, the phosphating temperature and the corrosion resistance of the film formed in the phosphating solution, as well as the influence of post treatment on the corro- sion resistance.
