摘要
通过金相观察,显微硬度,磨损试验,腐蚀试验及热震试验,研究了NiW(D)合金电刷镀层的组织、性能与工作电压的关系。研究结果表明,刷镀电压在11~13V时刷镀层具有良好的综合性能:组织均匀细小、结合性、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性强。
Thermal shock test,microscopy , micro-hardness, wear resistance and corrosion test were used to study the relation of microstructure and properties of brush plated NiW(D) layer with brush-plating voltage. The result shows that Ni-W(D) layer has good comprehensive properties with even and fine microstructure, good adhesion, wear and corrosion resistance when the plating voltage changes from 11 to 13V:.
