毛泽东文艺思想从产生之日起,就已决定了不是一种僵化的理论,而是一种随着时代和实践的发展而不断创新和发展的理论。本文着重从社会主义文艺的地位、总任务和根本目标、功能及作用、“双百方针”内涵等四个方面入手,论述了邓小平对毛泽东文艺思想的创新和发展。

From the momem when Mao Zedong＇s literary and artistic thought appears, it proves not to be a rigid theory but a kind of theory which develops and creates with times and practice. This article focuses on the four aspects： socialist artistic status, the socialist general task and basic goal, socialist artistic functions and the connotation of＂ ShuangBai Policy＂ etc. It dwells on creativities and developments of Deng Xiaoping on Mao Zedong＇s literary and artistic thought.
