摘要
以硝酸铈胺为引发剂,采用正交实验研究了疏水性阳离子型淀粉改性絮凝剂P(St- AM-DMDAAC-BA)合成的工艺条件,并评价了接枝共聚物产品的絮凝效果。实验得出最佳的合成条件为:淀粉与单体的质量比1:3,总单体质量分数40%,引发剂0.06%,表面活性剂用量26 g/L, 反应温度50℃,pH 4-5,反应时间3 h。结果表明,絮凝剂加量为6 mg/L时絮凝效果最好。
The reaction conditions for synthesizing hydrophobically starch- modified cationic flocculant St - AM - DMDAAC - BA graft copolymer with eerie ammonium nitrate as iniator were studied using orthogonal design, and the flocculating effect of graft eopolymer was evaluated. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows : the mass ratio of starch to monomers 1 : 3, the content of all monomers and iniator 40 % and 0.06 % (based on the total reactants) , the dosage of surfactant 26 g/L, reaction temperature 50 ℃ pH 4 - 5, reation time 3 h. The result showed that flocculant had good effect when dosage of the flocculant was 6 mg/L.
