摘要
研究了由二乙烯三胺、甲醛和亚磷酸直接一步合成二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸的新工艺及操作条件,并对产品的阻垢性能进行了评价。实验得出的适宜操作条件为:二乙烯三胺与甲醛、亚磷酸的摩尔比为1:5.5:5,反应温度100~105℃,反应时间1.5-2.0 h。合成的二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸及其钠盐对钙垢有较好的抑制效果。
The new process and operating conditions for synthesizing diethylene triamine pentamethylene phosphonic acid (DTPMP) from diethylene trianfine, formaldehyde and phosphorous acid as raw materials by onestep method was studied. The scale resistant properties were investigated. The optimum synthetic reaction conditions for DTPMP were as follows : mole ratio of diethylene triamine to formaldehyde and phosphorous acid 1 : 5.5 : 5, reaction temperature 100 - 105℃ and reaction time 1.5 - 2.0 h .Under such conditions,product synthesized had good scale inhibiting ability for calcium scale
