摘要 甄选工具的良好开发与恰当运用既有助于发挥最大的人力资源效益,还能减少成本支出。本文回顾了甄选工具的种类、效用、影响因素、选择策略与组合策略的国内外研究与实践进展,可为HR从业人员与理论研究者厘清一些模糊认识,并有助于理论与实践的融合。
