摘要 从分析目前高校实验队伍职称评聘体系存在的问题入手,强调了完善实验系列职称评聘体系的重要性,阐述了该校实行实验系列职称评聘改革的具体实施办法,总结了9年来所取得的成绩与存在的不足,并对进一步完善实验系列职称评聘工作提出建议。 This paper begins with an analysis on the current existing problems concerning the system of evaluation and engagement of the titles of professional posts for laboratory technicians in higher education, and emphasizes the importance of perfecting the system of evaluation and engagement of titles of professional posts for laboratory techni- Cians. The writers elaborate the specific ways of implementation adopted in the reform of evaluation and engagement of the titles of professional posts for laboratory technicans in their universities and summarize the achievement and deficiency in nine years. Moreover, the paper puts forward a proposal for further perfection of the work about evaluation and engagement of the titles of professional posts for the team construction of laboratory technicans.
