摘要
追溯了“以人为本”管理思想的来源,论述了在管理工作中“以人为本”管理思想的重要地位和作用。提出在实验室队伍的建设与管理工作中要贯彻“以人为本”的思想,以人力资源管理理论为指导,采取一系列措施建设高水平、高素质的实验室队伍。
This paper traced back to the origin of the management thought "taking human being as the most important factor", discussed the important status and function of the above thought in administration work. It was proposed that the above thought should be carried out in the construction and management of laboratory groups. Guided by the management theory of human resources, a series of measures should be taken to build a high level and high quality laboratory groups.
