透刺为主治疗过敏性鼻炎60例

Treatment of 60 cases of allergic rhinitis mainly with point-through-point method

目的寻求治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效治法。方法将120例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组(60例,以透刺为主,取印堂透鼻根、四白透鼻根、迎香透鼻根等)与对照组(60例,口服鼻炎康,每次4片,每日3次)进行疗效比较。结果治疗组的总有效率为85·0%,与对照组总有效率60·0%比较,P<0·01,差异有非常显著性意义。结论透刺为主治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效明显优于内服鼻炎康的对照组,疗效肯定。

Objective To search for an effective therapy for allergic rhinitis. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of aiiergic rhinitis were randomly divided into a treatment group （n = 60） treated mainly with penetration needing, Yintain8 （EX-HN 3）-through-B/gen （ root of nose）, Sibai （ST 2）-through-Bigem, Yingxiang （LI 20）- through-B/gem, and a control group （n = 60） treated with oral Biyankang, 4 tablets each time, 3 times daily. Their therapeutic effects were compared. Results The total effective rate was 85.0% in the treatment group and 60.0% in the control group, with a very significant difference between the two groups （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The penetration needling as main therapy has a definite therapeutic effect on allergic rhinitis, which is significantly better than that of oral Biyankang.
