公安院校参与艾滋病防治工作的实践

Practice of police school participating in the work of HIV/AIDS prevention and control

[目的]遏制艾滋病在云南的传播速度,加强公安、卫生、教育等部门的合作,提高公安机关对高危人群的管理水平,构建开展艾滋病干预工作的支持系统。[方法]通过对云南省十个项目综合干预点的公安民警500人次开展艾滋病知识培训,协调当地公安机关与卫生部门的有关事务,为干预活动提供政策法律咨询服务,并对多部门合作问题进行调研。[结果]开发了干预点民警预防艾滋病培训材料,提高了受训民警在校生的综合素质和对高危人群的管理技能。[结论]项目工作取得了成功的经验,为构建艾滋病防治的干预环境奠定了基础。

Objective： To curb the prevalence of HIV/AIDS in Yunnan, to strengthen the cooperation among public security, health, education and other various sectors, to enhance the public security system＇s management capacity of high-risk population, and to build the supportive system of developing HIWAIDS intervention work. Methods： Training HIV/AIDS knowledge for over 500 person-times among the policepersons in 10 comprehensive project intervention sites in Yunnan, coordinating the affairs between the local public security system and public health sectors, providing the counseling service on policy and legislation during the intervention activities, and investigating the multi-sector＇s cooperation. Results： Developing training materials on HIV/AIDS prevention for the policepersons in intervention sites and enhancing the comprehensive quality and management skills of high-risk populations among the trained policepersons and students in police-school. Conclusions： The project has gained the successful experiences and built the surroundings basement for developing HIV/AIDS prevention and control work.
