本文详细地介绍了苏联解体后的俄罗斯统一电网的运营情况、负荷预测以及电源（水电、核电、火电）规划和电网发展。
In this paper the present situation of Russian Unified Power System, its load forecast, and its power gen-eration planning (including the planning of hydroelectric-, nuclear electric- and thermal electric power) after the disin-tegration of former USSR is described in detail.
