摘要
目的探讨血清性激素水平在老年男性原发性骨质疏松症中的变化,为防治老年男性原发性骨质疏松症提供理论依据。方法随机选择122例老年男性,以双能X线骨密度仪测定腰椎(L1-4)及右股骨上段骨密度,分为骨量正常组、骨量减少组和骨质疏松组。免疫荧光法测定血清总睾酮(TT)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平。所得数据在三组间进行比较。结果血清TT、P三组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。骨质疏松组与骨量正常组及骨量减少组相比,E2水平下降(P<0.05)。结论血清雌二醇水平下降在老年男性原发性骨质疏松症的发病中比总睾酮水平降低起更重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum sex hormones in primary osteoporosis (OP) in aged male and provide theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of OP for elderly men. Methods 122 aged males were recruited. Lumbar vertebrae and right femur bone mineral density was measured by dual energy X-ray absorptionmetry. According to the outcomes,they were classified into three groups: normal controls ,osteopenia and osteoporosis group. Serum total testosterone (TT), estradiol (E2 ) and progesterone (P) levels were determined by immunofluorescence assay. The availed data were compared among three groups. Results There were no significant differences in 'IT and P among three groups. Serum E2 levels decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05) in osteoporosis group compared with other two groups. Conclusion Serum E2 decrease may play a more important role in aged osteoporotic male than Tr decrease.
